Zoom is planning to switch its direction to an enterprise app suite. Email and calendar service are what we heard they're coming for. A workspace bundle.
But to be honest? Unless Zoom works on its unquestionable limited call duration and put real work on user's data, this move might be a challenge compared to the robust market coverage of Google and Microsoft.
