We also set a more consistent office rhythm with meme culture picking up, while the BD team tuned into regional AI and Web3 events to stay close to what's happening next.

In April, we reorganized Memo into a clearer knowledge hub, made internal tools easier to adopt with MCP documentation, and aligned consulting delivery with hiring signals.
