Energy - Data Analyst

What you’ll get to do

• Design and write maintainable code or work with tools for tracking at scale.
• Monitor application feature usage by the end customers.
• Collect and interpret large datasets to do statistical analysis to expand perspectives and solve problems to hard questions.
• Continuously discuss, debate with other team members to propose optimal solutions for different problems and to ensure delivery.

What it takes to succeed

• A Linux or Mac user (Windows is acceptable if you use PowerBI locally)
• Deep understanding in statistics
• Solid experience in tracking data with Google Analytics and PowerBI
• Knowledge and experience in Firebase is a good plus
• Familiar in working with the Azure ecosystem for data is a great plus
• Familiar with aggregating and consolidating data with analysis tools such as with SQL or advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge and experience in creating dashboards and reports with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
• Ability to adapt domain knowledge to different industries
• Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system regarding growth and stability
• Good written and verbal English communication, team player with a collaborative work ethics

Our interview process

1. Review
   After we receive applications, we will screen and review for various criteria.
2. Technical challenge
   Promising engineers will receive a small technical project so we can assess relevant skills and abilities. Every engineer who completes the project will be presented with a small gift from us.
3. Team interview
   Successful candidates will have a 30-min talk with our HR manager, our engineering manager and/or relevant team members.
4. Offer
   Engineers who we believe that will be a great addition to our team, will receive an offer from us right away.
