Since 2015, we have helped companies ship top-notch software, build tech teams, and invest in learning & distributing the latest tech knowledge and skills. On our way to expanding our R&D capability, we’re looking for talented Technical Writers to join us. The job can be both full-time and part-time.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create documentation that supports our products and services, including product / technical deep dives, technical guides, API documentation, and more.

What you need to have

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer with a real-project portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or technical fields
• Must be a macOS user
• Previous experience in software companies, with an understanding of SDLC
• Excellent in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
• Experience in writing, editing and layouting using Markdown, and editors such iA Writer, Obsidian, Roam
• Superb written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

Nice to have

• Basic design skills using Figma, Canvas, Sketch
• Basic understanding of Git, Github
• Basic video editing skills

What it takes to succeed

• Consistently develop and maintain our team’s brand voice
• Collaborate with management and engineers to create technical documentation, visuals and diagrams for various audiences, including end users, administrators, and developers, stakeholders, communities
• Create tutorials, guides, and FAQs to help audiences understand our brand, and activities
• Work with communication to fully develop brand campaigns and events
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and communication

1. Review & Reference check
   After we receive applications, we will perform our screening process and double-check on the reference.
2. Skills assessment test
   Ideal candidates will receive links to our skills assessment test, which will focus on the three main skills: English, Writing, Logical Thinking.
3. Team interview
   Successful candidates will have a direct talk with our Ops members and/or relevant team members.
4. Offer
   The best candidate will receive an offer from us right away.
