Marketing and Communications Specialist

We’re looking for Marketing & Communications Specialists to join Dwarves and work remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of the software development industry, and excellent communication skills.

This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll get to do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with the Operation team to plan and execute campaigns to promote business-centric programs, hiring programs and raise brand awareness.
• Produce strategy & tactics content. Analyze and optimize our social exposure across Dwarves Foundation channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, IG, .. etc.
• Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to share company achievements and updates.
• Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and potential partners.
• Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our products and connect with the target audience.
• Coordinate participation in industry-specific events to maximize brand exposure.
• Set up and monitor online projects with proper tracking & reporting.

What it takes to succeed

• Can-do attitude & problem-solving mindset. You’ll be responsible for your work and proactively propose solutions to a problem.
• 1 or 2+ years of applied marketing experience with a strong digital marketing focus, including strategy and execution.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Possess essential knowledge and practical skills in Digital Marketing such as Marketing Analytics, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing. Familiar with ads tools/ platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with IT companies.
• Basic knowledge of Figma/ Photoshop or any design tools.
