Fullstack Engineer - FinTech

What you’ll get to do

• Develop and maintain our web applications using GoLang and React.
• Collaborate with our team of designers, product managers, and engineers to develop new features and improve existing products
• Ensure the highest level of performance and user experience for our web applications
• Show ownership and accountability over your work
• White code that is clean, tested, maintainable, and efficient; encourage others to do so via meaningful code reviews
• Work with your team and other teams to integrate our web applications with third-party services and APIs
• Lead initiatives with your team
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to our engineering culture and best practices

What it takes to succeed

• 5 Years experience as a Full-stack Engineer, working on web application development projects.
• Strong proficiency in Backend technologies including server-side frameworks such as Go, Node.js and experience with both non-relational and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of Frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks such as React) and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming APIs. Knowledge of gRPC is a plus!
• Understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• An extreme ownership mentality
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Our interview process

1. Review
   After we receive applications, we will screen and review for various criteria.

2. Team Interview
   Successful candidates will have a 30-min talk with our HR manager, our engineering manager and/or relevant team members.

3. Technical Interview
   Candidates will engage in a technical interview with an engineering leader from our team. This session is designed to assess your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset.

4. Offer
   Engineers who we believe will be a great addition to our team will receive an offer from us right away.
