What you’ll get to do

• Getting trained into Business Development Executive
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to understand their software development needs and offer tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
• Work closely with the delivery and project management teams to ensure smooth transition and successful execution of client projects.
• Generate and develop long-term goals for Business Development team
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

What it takes to succeed

• Graduates or above from the following majors:
  • Business Development
  • Business English Communication
  • Communication
  • Marketing
• Prior operation experience at technology firm preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and fast-moving environment
• Excellent time management and organization
• Excellent English in writing, speaking and reading
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong desire to work in IT industry
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies is preferred

   Ideal candidates will receive links to our skills assessment test, which will focus on the three main skills: English, Writing, Logical Thinking.

   Successful candidates will have a direct talk with our Ops members and/or relevant team members.
